DESCRIPTION

L' Oreal Fashion Week Spring 2009 Collections taking place October is where the fashion elite assemble under the tented house of fashion built by the Fashion Design Council of Canada in Nathan Phillips Square, Toronto, Canada.

As the fashion capital of Canada and the largest urban center, Toronto is home to the quintessential Canadian fashion event, L' Oreal Fashion Week; an all encompassing week of shows from Canadian and international designers, press events, parties, networking and a stunning display of fashion.

This season is all about flaunting your "Fabulous" through fashion. Attitudes do the talking as style media mavens and industry insiders unite for the five day bi-annual event. Produced by the Fashion Design Council of Canada, the week of festivities puts the spotlight on Canada's top fashion talent and international design innovators while bringing up-and-coming designers into the national and international media limelight. Over 70 designers unite under five adjoining tents to strut their wares. Spring 2009 celebrates the 16th season of Fashion Week in Toronto.
