Mode Iles Ltd. is a company incorporated under the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas, and is an affiliate of The Montaque Group. Its sole purpose is the production of the Islands of The World Fashion Week and matters ancillary thereto.

The company provides services as intermediary or agent for those designers selected to market their individual labels or lines of clothing to interested buyers and/or assist in the financing of the manufacturing of those lines. The company also creates a label under which designers can collectively produce garments for the international market.
