Business Location
Infomat can provide additional contacts at the companies already in your database. By matching your database to ours, Infomat can provide contacts with the title, job function, or buying authority you want.

Database Profiling
See the demographic composition of your customer base. Employee size, SIC, job function, buying authority, business type, and many other demographic elements can be profiled. Best suited for high volume mailers who have a customer base in excess of 50,000. We provide reports to help you improve your list rental requests and define your customer base beyond the basic geographic level. Identifies names in our Consumer and Business database that aren't already on your customer file. The objective is to eliminate your records from our file and produce an unduplicated file of names for future prospecting.

Data Appending
Infomat has the unique ability to provide either individual or location level data to your database that goes well beyond the usual compiler menu of SIC, employee size, and sales volume. Available data varies by fashion market segment and is sold under perpetual licensing. Provides you with demographic information about your customers. The data we provide allows you to identify, segment, and select names for improved marketing.

Company Research
Provide us with a list of companies you would like to do business with, and Infomat can provide a list of all the contacts we have at those companies nationwide. We can also target more specifically into cities or states if needed. Helpful if you have incomplete address information or a hot-list of companies with which you want to do business. This process also can provide subsidiary contacts for these companies.

Address Hygiene Processing
This service updates, appends, and/or corrects the zip code, carrier route, and delivery points on your database. Recommended for those who do not regularly update their database according to the USPS guidelines. Identifies people and organizations that have moved. We compare your file against the US Postal Service's file of National Change of Address notices.

Merge Purge
Combine or eliminate duplicates based on an individual name and address or a company name and address. Helps you avoid produce a single unduplicated mail file or database.
